Order Changes and Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to modify or cancel your order. While we make every effort to accommodate such requests, please bear in mind that our efficient 'just in time' pick, pack, and ship system might mean that your order is already on its way.


Missing or Damaged Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we take great care in fulfilling your orders. In case your order hasn't arrived or contains missing items, we kindly request you to allow an additional working day for the missing items to be delivered. If the issue persists, please get in touch with us via email, and we'll be glad to assist you.

For any damaged items upon delivery, we request you to take clear photographs and send them to us via email along with relevant details. We strive to resolve such issues promptly.


Returns and Refunds

To initiate a return, ensure that the case(s) are securely sealed and in their original condition. Include the invoice with the returned item(s), stating the reason for the return, and securely re-package the goods.

Please note that if you require us to arrange a collection, there will be a charge based on our logistics partner's rates. As we operate on a minimal mark-up policy, this charge helps cover the expense of return collections.


Placing Your Order

We want your ordering experience to be seamless and convenient. You can order our freshly made bakery products, including our specialty Asian biscuits, up to 60 days in advance. For last-minute orders, you can place an order until 4 pm the day before (2 pm on Sundays for nationwide deliveries) to receive your delivery the next day).

We are pleased to offer delivery of all our bakery products throughout the UK mainland. From delightful biscuits to mouthwatering cakes, muffins, and more, we'll deliver them right to your doorstep.

Our delivery options include standard delivery starting from £ and next-day delivery starting from £. To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly keep your phone nearby on the delivery day.


About Our Deliveries

We want to make sure you receive your order promptly and in perfect condition. Our delivery partners will send you a text message when they are nearing your delivery location. The notification timing may vary based on distance and traffic.

Upon reaching your address, our delivery partners will either knock or ring the doorbell for delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified address. If unavailability leads to a delivery failure, we may attempt to deliver to a neighbor or leave the parcel at your doorstep. Please note that a redelivery charge will apply in such cases.

Packaging and Confirmation

We take pride in our careful packaging to ensure your bakery products arrive in optimal condition. Our cakes are packed in specially designed boxes, while treats are securely packed inside shipping boxes marked with a Fragile sticker.

Upon placing your order, we'll provide confirmation via email, allowing you to review all the details and track your purchase. If you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.


Cancellation & Amendments

We understand that plans can change, and you might need to modify or cancel your order. To do so, we require a notice of 48 working hours (weekdays) prior to the scheduled delivery. If the time frame is shorter, please get in touch with us to discuss the possibilities.

Please note that once your order has been processed and you've received tracking information, we are unable to make any amendments. For next-day delivery orders, a 30-minute window is available for changes, which can be done through the link provided in your confirmation email.
